Just steps to the beach - Villa 107!

  • Beautiful 2 bedroom, 1 bath oceanfront condo with stunning views of the ocean from the patio and second-floor balcony. This ground-floor entry unit is located in the building closest to Driftwood Beach - one of the world's most photographic beaches! The swimming pool, laundry, fitness center, bike rentals, restaurant, and gift shop are all close by. Pets are welcome too!

    PET FRIENDLY. NO SMOKING.

    Linens are provided with this unit, as well as a starter set of paper towels, toilet paper, dish soap, dishwasher detergent, and some personal amenity items. These items will not be replenished during your stay.
    Villas by the Seas has 3 coin-operated laundry rooms accessible with your key cards.

    PLEASE NOTE:
    ***Beach Access May Not Be Available At High Tide*** During high tide, please enjoy the oceanfront boardwalk OR swimming pool at VBTS or use one of the public beach access parks south of the Holiday Inn.

    NOTE: If our no smoking is broken, a $1000 fine will be charged to the card on file AND you will be asked to vacate the property without a refund.
