"Great room"

"NO There was a roof covering our view, we could not see anything else but the roof. We were so disappointed with the entire stay. we were charged resort fees without any of their use. No one told us about the shuttle and we were struggling for transportation to and from the convention center for the entire weekend."

"The condo was very nice, check in went smoothly and staff was friendly. Pool area looked nice, whole complex looked nice. Cons: 1-don't pay thru Expedia, it was a mess and total invoice shown in Expedia was almost twice what condo company actually charged. 2-condo bathroom was on second floor 3-pictures don't show large rock retaining wall along beach. We could see ocean, but to access small beach, you have to use one of the access points. Beach was disappointing and that's really what we went for. We drove to other beaches not far away. "

"Booked a two day ocean view suite king bed w/ patio...received a two beds. Last minute booking because Westin Jekyll Island was sold out. Light bulbs out in bathroom. Couch and pillows in living room were fatigued. Dead plants in the patio planters. Attempted to get a coffee five minutes before closing at the coffee shop, of course denied but told there are coffee shops within a 10 minute walk. I checked out a day early...btw I still haven't received my final bill via e-mail. I cannot recommended this hotel. "
