Enjoy the peaceful surroundings with beautiful sunsets, bird watching, or simply relaxing.

Perfect Getaway for Our Group

As a group of female photographers (and friends), we thoroughly enjoyed this home and secluded getaway. It is convenient to Jefferson and Caddo Lake activities. The accommodations were spacious and the house offered all the amenities needed to cook and enjoy the house. The lake offered amazing views and a relaxing environment.

Wonderful House!

There were 5 couples staying at the house and there was room for everyone! There were 3 bedrooms and 1 bath upstairs and 3 bedrooms and 3 baths downstairs. Sooo much room for everyone! The back patio was plenty of room for everyone to hangout together and the kitchen was spacious for all of us to sit around and play card games. We had a blast! Rebecca was a wonderful host!

Feels like home away from home

This place is an amazing home away from home. You walk in and instantly your cares fade away. There is plenty of space both inside and outside the house for a large group. Everything you need is inside the space-- you can tuck away for the days you visit or within 20 minutes be to Starbucks, the grocery, etc. We made a quick visit for a TX HS football game but will be back!

Family, Friends, Fun, and Fishing! This property was perfect for a small family gathering. The home is beautiful and the property is amazing. It is set up well as a VBRO, easy to access and well stocked. The host was great on communincation and helpful in every way. If you need a semi-remote location in East Texas with room to spread out, this is the one!

Older home was nice, but needs some maintenance and attention to the property.Pros: secluded property with nice views and good fishing, well equipped kitchen, comfortable sleeping quarters.Cons: outdoor chairs and window ledges covered in bird droppings, outdoor cushions stained, swimming ladder on the dock detached and unusable, multiple boards on the fishing pier rotten and unsafe.

Family Vacation

Every year we vacation near Jefferson to visit family. This property was perfect! Close to family, room to spread out, fishing!! As soon as we got there my husband and kids grabbed their poles and started fishing, didnt stop when the rain started! We made so many wonderful memories and the property owner responded everytime i texted! We are ready to go back now!! Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Phenomenal Family Getaway!

Our family brought our 91 year old mother here for the MOST AMAZING family gathering! We fished off the pier, caught bass and crappie! Even MaMa caught several! This property is ABSOLUTELY beautiful! We also saw deer! The house is BEAUTIFUL and so comfortable! EVERYONE in this family gives it a 10 star rating!!!

Well stocked kitchen, bath & bedrooms. The home is perfect for large families. The view from the living space was spectacular. The fishing dock was a bonus & fishing poles were even available in the garage. Plenty of parking in the garage & outside. We didn’t bring pets but for those that do, will find the large outside fenced area a great place for dogs to run & play. As far as things to do in Jefferson, we all enjoyed the trolly tour. The guide was very entertaining & knowledgeable of the town history. Also, the “Gone With The Wind” museum is a must to visit.
