"The room was immaculately cleaned and the bed/pillows were comfortable. The shower pressure was strong and quickly heated up. You won't get much sleep if anyone is staying in the rooms next to you. The walls are too thin and I could hear the conversations and television playing throughout the night which kept me up. The noise in the hallway reverberates and you'll hear every knock on the door in the morning from housekeeping. "

"The staff was great. The morning breakfast was delicious. The pool area was less clean than the rest of the property. It wasn’t so terrible that it prevented us from letting our kids use the pool. We would definitely stay there again. "

"This property could be ok. It is older. They have done some remodeling but could use some new paint. Clean the hot tub and pool area. The chair in our room had the seat cover basically off. But the biggest thing was the comforter cover looked dirty and stained, but even worse when I took the cover off the comforter had a big pee stain on it. I mean it smelled like it had been washed but cmon, why would you put that on there. They did immediately give me a new one and apologize. The staff was friendly. Breakfast had a lot of things not stocked and the eggs and sausages were cold because the warmer wasn’t turned on or broken. Also they had an awesome conveyor automatic pancake maker but the mix bag was empty. No one seemed to be on top of anything. No towels in the pool area, cream cheese was empty. Bagels were there though. It just seemed not managed well and things were overlooked. I wouldn’t stay here again unless some changes were made. I hate giving negative reviews but the pee stain made me want to puke."

"I had to ask for my floors and hot tub to be cleaned. The tub was wiped but still had someone else’s pubic hair in it. There were ants climbing up my mattress and I ended up with bed bugs. "

"Very clean, pool and hot tub were nice, breakfast was great with a lot of options. Having double beds instead of queen beds was a bit odd but besides that, everything was great! Location is also good with a lot to do in the area. "
