Welcome to the Mountain Milla! WE are featuring a one of a kind Horse Trailer Bespoke Wood Burning Sauna, an outdoor sauna and an outdoor movie theatre! This is the perfect modern tiny house nestled in the Catskills. Our Milla combines the charm of nature with modern contemporary comforts. Set amidst lush woods, this idyllic retreat offers a serene escape. The exterior features sleek lines, large windows, and natural materials that seamlessly blend with the surroundings. Inside, the interior design is minimalist yet inviting, with an open floor plan that maximizes space efficiency.

This is an award winning home that has been featured in DWELL magazine multiple times. Our spacious tiny home has top of the line craftsmanship, brand new appliances and a washer /dryer! There is an outdoor Theatre to enjoy the tranquil sunsets and create your private oasis amongst the trees while relaxing in our outdoor hot tub or wood burning sauna. This one of a kind home features everything you’d find in a luxury estate but in a tiny energy saving package. Our Wi-Fi is business grade and our hot tub is always on and ready! Our bed is up the stairs as pictured in loft style and the mattress is a queen memory foam, we have a mini Weber grill!



We are located in Blenheim NY, right across from Blenheim Hill Farm. We spend a lot of time in the area and can recommend our plan your entire stay, just sheet us a note and ask!

In the fall, the landscape transforms into a vibrant tapestry of colors as the foliage turns into a dazzling display of reds, oranges, and yellows. This is a perfect time to take scenic drives along country roads and immerse yourself in the beauty of nature. With Mine Kill park 5 min away you can enjoy the biggest park in the Catskills as well as a pool and multiple Grills!

- The bed is a loft style bed that you have to take the stairs to as pictured
- PLEASE PLEASE do not forget to leave the key in the lock box, if you do forget it is a $75 charge
- Please be honest if you're bringing a pet and make sure they are house trained
- We have a $30 pet fee
- We are locals so if there's anything you want to know about he area please just ask, we have lots of recs.
- Please make sure you close the hot tub after use and keep it coxed while its heating up.
- Our fridge is a mini fridge but it does have a freezer and a space for wine.


- We don't allow Cats because of other guests and our own allergies
- Please clean up after your pups
- We provide wood ( if you'd like kindled wood for the sauna please pick up a bundle in town , TOPS in stamford has it)
- We don't provide charcoal
