"I would like to express my heartfelt appreciation to Khaoula and the entire reservations team at Barceló Tanger for making our stay truly special and memorable. From the very beginning, Khaoula was incredibly kind, professional, and attentive. She went far beyond what we expected. She kindly upgraded our room to one with a beautiful view, and throughout our stay she continued to check on us to make sure everything was perfect and that we had everything we needed. She also gave us wonderful recommendations and helpful advice that made our time in Tangier even more enjoyable. What touched us the most was not only her professionalism, but her genuine warmth and kindness. She made us feel truly welcomed and cared for. We would also like to thank the entire reservations team. Every member of the team was friendly, helpful, and exceptionally welcoming throughout our week at the hotel. Their wonderful attitude and hospitality made such a strong impression on us that we decided to continue our journey in Morocco by staying at another Barceló property in Marrakech. "Fantastic stay, one minor AC hiccup quickly resolved We absolutely loved our stay at Pestana Tanger. The location next to the train station was fantastic, and the suite itself was extremely spacious with amazing views from the living room. The kitchen staff were super helpful, breakfast was excellent, and the team overall were great throughout our stay. The one issue we ran into was the air conditioning switching off automatically every few minutes in our room. We reported it to the front desk the first night, but it wasn't resolved in time, so we ended up sleeping without AC that night. We raised it again the next morning and were offered a choice between a room change or a technician visit while we were out for the day — we opted for the technician, and the issue was fully fixed by the time we returned. The second night was completely comfortable. Really appreciated how the team responded once we followed up again — the fix worked perfectly, and it didn't take away from what was otherwise a fantastic stay. Would absolutely recommend."

"We enjoyed our stay at this hotel, especially the facilities that they offered such as the pool. The breakfast was exceptional, and we had a wide variety of items to choose from. The staff were very polite; however, we had an issue with the water not passing in the tub and had to raise the issue twice. The water would also suddenly lose pressure and change to either being too hot or cold. This was not resolved despite us raising it 3 times with the reception staff, and this can pose a serious risk of burning."

"I recently stayed at this hotel and had an overall pleasant experience. The staff were fantastic—friendly, attentive, and always ready to help, which truly made my stay enjoyable. The room itself was comfortable and generally well-maintained. However, there were a few minor issues that could use attention. The view from the room wasn’t ideal, and the shower had some mold around the tub with a leaking showerhead, which made it a bit inconvenient. The outside room door was also difficult to open, and while soap was provided, it wasn’t the original brand and some soap was missing in the guest bathroom. Despite these small setbacks, I appreciated the helpful staff and the overall comfort of the room. With a few improvements, this could be an excellent place to stay."
