Dragon & Phoenix Hotel
the staff were fairly helpful when we told them we wanted to check out early. My parents have stayed in this hotel a lot over the years, unfortunately it has gone downhill and been neglected. The sheets were ironed but were brown making the bed feel unclean. The lights didn't work, the toilet leaked. ...

Anderson Hotel
Overall cleanliness was disappointing, towels were old, worn out and not dried properly with a strong musky smell. Front desk was friendly but hotel CANNOT be 3-stars quality by any means, at best 1.5 stars only. Only drinking water & shampoo/soap in refilled containers for amenities.

Excellent service, super helpful and friendly staff. They are very accommodating. The room we got was nice enough but could’ve used a few more upscale amenities like lotion, hand soap for the sink. The lack of drawers for clothes and an extremely small hanging rack also took away from it being excellent. ...
