Villa Tulip by Marhen Homes

Villa Tulip is a cosy and bright 112 m² villa distributed over two floors, ideal for families of up to 8 people looking to enjoy a peaceful stay near the sea, with an outdoor area and all the comforts to feel at home in Jávea.



On the main floor, there is a charming naya that leads to a spacious and comfortable living room, perfect for relaxing moments. This floor also features two bedrooms: one with twin beds and another with a double bed, both sharing a full bathroom with a bathtub. In addition, there is a fully equipped kitchen and a practical workspace with a desk.



From the living room and kitchen, you access the large 220 m² terrace, a space designed for outdoor enjoyment: private pool, sun loungers, chill-out area, and a covered outdoor dining area, ideal for long meals under the Mediterranean sky.



The lower floor hosts two additional bedrooms, both with double beds. One of them, the master bedroom, stands out for its en-suite bathroom with a bathtub, while the other has a complete bathroom with a separate shower.



The property is equipped with air conditioning in the living room and all bedrooms, as well as ceiling fans in each bedroom, ensuring a pleasant temperature all year round. It also offers private outdoor parking within the plot, providing greater comfort and security.

La estancia fue perfecta.

La villa no era moderna pero si muy cuidada y limpia. La comunicación muy fluida y fueron muy atentos y resolutivos para procurar que la estancia fuera lo mejor posible. Por poner un pero, que las almohadas eran extremadamente finas y que la potencia de luz parecía ser insuficiente y se producían bajadas e incluso cortes de luz. Sin duda repetiríamos.

Un alojamiento extraordinario

Todo perfectamente limpio y cuidado. Encontramos alguna sorpresa agradable como disponer de amenities en los baños, así como lavavajillas, bayeta y estropajo nuevos en la cocina. Disponer en los dormitorios, tanto de aire acondicionado como de ventilador de techo era una delicia, ya que podíamos tener la temperatura que queríamos en cada momento para garantizar el descanso. La zona exterior es amplia y está bien equipada con varias zonas según lo que se quisiera hacer. La piscina, un poco pequeña pero suficiente para darse un buen refrescón. Como "pero", señalar que sólo tenía para entrar y salir una escalera de mano, por lo que los niños pequeños o personas con problemas de movilidad deben ayudarse en un adulto capaz, pero todo esto ya es claramente visible en las fotos y descripción, con lo que no hay nada que reprochar en absoluto. En resumen, una experiencia para repetir sin dudar si surge la oportunidad.
