The villa is just a 5 minute drive away from El Arenal beach and a 15 minute drive to the amazing port or Old Town of Javea, which has something for everyone, making this a perfect choice of villa for all. El Arenal beach not only offers soft sand but an abundance of bars, restaurants and shops.
