IMPORTANT INFORMATION:



1) Villa Martina is set within beautifully landscaped terraced gardens with significant changes in level, including steep drops between the upper lawn and the lower garden. For this reason, the property is not suitable for families with young children.



2) The villa also features numerous internal and external staircases and is therefore not suitable for wheelchair users or guests with reduced mobility.



3) Age Policy: Groups under 25 are not allowed (except families or young guests accompanied by adults staying in the property). Non-compliant bookings may be refused check-in without refund.



4) Stays over 10 days: Spanish law requires signing a Non-Habitual / Temporary Housing Rental Contract
