Very large, very beautiful, very comfortable villa "Mamounia 2". In the district of Portitxol, in a quiet, sunny position, 1 km from the sea, 2 km from the beach. Private: property (fenced), swimming pool angular, heated (10 x 5 m, depth 110 - 210 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.) with internal staircase. Outdoor shower, pool house with fridge, pergola, garden furniture, barbecue. In the house: central heating system. Parking (for 3 cars) on the premises. Shop 600 m, supermarket 1.8 km, restaurant 70 m, bar, bakery 600 m, bus stop 500 m, sandy beach "El Arenal" 5 km, shingle beach "La Granadella" 4.2 km, rocky beach "La Barraca" 2 km. Schon in die Jahre gekommen
Auf den ersten Blick sehr ansprechend. Leider gab es keine duvetbezüge, nur Leintücher. Alles etwas abgewetzt. Aussenanlage sehr gepflegt und schön. Leider ist auch die Lage nicht optimal, sehr laut, da direkt an einer stark befahrenen Strasse. Preis Leistung stimmt auf keinen Fall. Zu teuer. Würden es bestimmt nicht mehr buchen.
