Wonderful Javea

We had a wonderful 2 weeks in our happy location, Javea. Unfortunately when we booked the villa, I didn’t realise that the villa had no oven, obviously that was my mistake, but a lesson to anyone wanting this basic appliance. The villa could do with some updating, especially in the bathrooms, there was signs of previous mould on the ceiling and the en-suite bathroom had a very bad smell coming up from the drains. But overall we didn’t let this stop us from having a great holiday.

Vacances mitigées

La maison est bien agencée. Point noir les chambres ne sont pas climatisées. Seul le séjour l’est. D’autre part l’eau de la piscine était régulièrement verdâtre, ce que nous avons signaler à INTERHOME Javéa plusieurs fois, photos à l’appui. Cela a quelque peu gâché nos vacances. Nous sommes restés à de multiples reprises sans pouvoir nous baigner tant l’eau et les parois de la piscine étaient vertes…. Je tiens à signaler que le personnel d’Interhome Javéa a toujours été à l’écoute et réactif.

JAVEA toujours aussi beau

La maison est spacieuse,la literie en bonne état .Par contre il est dommage que l'on ne puisse par ouvrir les volets a cause des moustiquaires surtout dans les salles de bain. La maison est un peu vieillissante. En juin nous avons eu la chance avant les grosses chaleur de la visite des oiseaux et notamment d'un merle qui chante merveilleusement bien. Un vrai plaisir lorsque l'on aime les animaux.

Pas de gros défaut dans cette location. Très bien située : zone résidentielle calme, commerces à 5 mn, plage de sable à 10 mn. Confort de la maison correct, bonne literie, grande cuisine bien équipée. La clim dans le séjour est suffisante, nous l'avons peu utilisée. Les points positifs : la terrasse couverte, la piscine (non sécurisée), le grand terrain clos et arboré et un prix raisonnable. Seuls points négatifs : vaisselle non vérifiée avant notre arrivée (casseroles sales), un transat cassé.

Flink huis met veel privacy

Het was een royaal huis met veel ruimte rondom. Zonnige tuin met een goed zwembad. Probleem was de stank die uit de ensuite badkamer kwam, een echte putlucht, die ook niet weg te krijgen was. Het functioneren van de vaatwasmachine liet te wensen over, want de vaat kwam er niet schoon uit, ondanks voorspoelen.

Solo falla el jardín

La casa es estupenda: camas comodas, mosquiteras en ventana, dos neveras, piscina perfecta y profunda con sol de mañana. Lo malo es el jardín muy descuidado está todo el cesped muerto y lleno de tierra que mancha mucho zona que no se puede usar.

Maison très propre avec très bonne literie et très bien équipée. Très belle piscine avec bonne profondeur. Il manque un peu d'ombre autour de la piscine. Emplacement parking peu pratique Nuisance due aux aboiements de nombreux chiens.

Une grande maison bien située. Dommage qu'il manque la climatisation dans les chambres et une place de parking à l'interieur de la cour.
