  • Bright 2-bedroom apartment in a gated community with a pool and private parking. The northeast-facing terrace—with no buildings in front—offers exceptional peace and quiet, a rarity this close to Arenal and Montañar beaches.
    The spacious living room opens directly onto the terrace. Every room has exterior windows that allow for natural ventilation. Two air conditioning units keep the apartment perfectly cool even during the height of summer. The fully equipped kitchen features a separate utility area, a washing machine, and a drying rack.
