♒ Stunning PENTHOUSE in Javea ☼

Penthouse with 2 terraces in the street Vicenza de Jávea. Very close to the Arenal beach and the Paseo Marítimo del Puerto. It has air conditioning hot / cold, free wifi, own parking space, communal pool and beautiful views of Montgó and the beach.
Enjoy the sunset on our terrace with a glass of good wine! :) Do not worry if you have your flight in the afternoon. Speak with us!. We will reserve that day free for you. You can take advantage of those last hours in the sun of Jávea!

It is a very spacious apartment, on the lower floor has 1 double bedroom and 1 bedroom with 2 single beds, the living room with fully equipped kitchenette (microwave, kettle, refrigerator, coffee maker, etc), a small terrace and a large bathroom with a shower.

On the upper floor there is a complete bathroom with bathtub, a large double bedroom and a bright terrace from which you can see the mountain of El Montgó and the sea. You can see sunrise and sunset on the terrace while having breakfast or dinner at the table that you have there. It has satellite TV so you do not miss any of the news as if you were in your own country.

The urbanization has a communal pool and is a few meters from a Mercadona supermarket and several restaurants with good Mediterranean food.

Mi familia y yo hemos disfrutado de 1 semana en agosto en este apartamento. No tenemos nada negativo que añadir. Se agradece el aire acondicionado en las habitaciones porque coincidió una semana de mucho calor y la cercanía al supermercado, a sólo unos metros del apartamento. Seguramente volvamos el próximo verano.

Nos preocupaba la limpieza en estos tiempos de COVID pero el apartamento estaba impecable, muy limpio. Muy simpática Diane al entregarnos las llaves y explicarnos el apartamento. Gracias por todo.

Una estancia sin problemas en un ático con lo necesario para unas buenas vacaciones. El supermercado Mercadona está a un paso y que tenga parking es un plus adicional en Agosto. Disfrutamos mucho de los bares de playa, sobre todo La Siesta, gente muy cool y buenos sillones para tomarte un cóctel en la playa. La gastronomía de la zona es de escándalo. Volveremos.

Espacioso ático con varias terrazas. Nos gustó mucho la terraza superior, muy privada y para ver el atardecer es de película. El paseo del Arenal está bastante cerca del apartamento con sus tiendas y restaurantes.

We enjoyed staying at this place. Vicente answered my questions in timely manner. I stayed here with my husband and we did not have any problems. We enjoyed the proximity to bars, restaurants and grocery store. Check in and check out process is easy. We highly recommend this penthouse in Javea and probably we will come back again. Thanks Vicente & Diana !

Great penthouse on two levels. We loved having the master bedroom and our own bathroom away from the teenagers downstairs! The Arenal beach was 20 minutes one way and the port area the same the other way with the historic old town sat behind it. With a Mercadona (supermarket just across the road - hence 'handy for everything'.

Estuvimos unos días en este ático de Jávea con la familia en pleno mes de Agosto. El apartamento tiene de todo, aire acondicionado, wifi y sobre todo plaza de parking que en esta época era muy complicado aparcar. La piscina perfecta y con pocos vecinos.
