Private: beautiful garden 1'100 m2 (fenced) wildlife garden and trees, swimming pool (4 x 10 m, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.) with internal staircase. Unconventional pool shape. In the house: sun terrace, central heating system. Public parking on the road. Shop 7 km, supermarket 1.5 km, shopping centre 20 km, restaurant 1 km, bar 1 km, bakery 1 km, café 500 m, pub garden 1 km, bus stop 7 km, sandy beach "El Arenal" 7 km pebble beach "La Granadella" 7 km, shingle beach "La Barraca" 3 km, diving center 2 km. Tout était super. Les seuls réserves sont :1.Les lumières dans la cuisine et sur la terrasse (face à cuisine) sont un peu faibles.2. Le confort de la literie pourrait être améliorée.

This is a fantastic house . We all loved it the freedom of the pool and all the finer details of house,would highly recommend. You will need a car though to make stay more comfortable.

Great base to explore one of the best areas of ES

Well maintained, cosy, large en pretty house. High privacy although neighbours are close and next door is re-building. No impact on our stay though. Within the house there is a lot of privacy for different people to sit aside due to various levels. Fantastic views from different parts of the house, better than the pictures on the Interhome site funny enough. Only, small, advice to improve, more towels pls and it takes a while for the tap water to get hot. Fabulous place for any period to stay

Una muy buena villa.

Una casa estupenda. Muy bonita, amplia, cuidada, con amplio jardín, piscina privada, arbolado, etc.…y todo tipo de detalles. Lo único que no estuvo bien, fue las incidencias con una obra contigua, qué al parecer, según nos consta, el Ayuntamiento no informó de que iban a estar trabajando en periodo estival al propietario.
