Large, beautiful, comfortable house "La Terraza del Sol". In the district of El Tosalet, in a quiet, sunny position, 3.8 km from the sea. Private: garden 750 m2 (fenced) with wildlife garden, swimming pool angular (4 x 8 m, depth 100 - 200 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.) with internal staircase. Outdoor shower, pergola, garden furniture, parking (for 2 cars). Shop 3.8 km, supermarket 2 km, restaurant 3 km, bus stop 3 km, sandy beach "El Arenal" 3.8 km. Sports harbour 5 km. The owner does not accept any youth groups. Neighbourhood highly sensitive to noise. Quietness and good behaviour expected.
