- Beautiful villa "La Solana". In the residential area of Cap Marti, single storey house on flat ground, quiet and sunny position, 2 km from the sea.
Private: Mediterranean garden of 1'200 m2 (fenced) with lawn and trees, private pool kidney shaped with internal steps (4 m x 8 m, maintained all year). Fenced parking spaces for 2 cars.
Supermarket 1 km, restaurant 800 m, sandy beach "Arenal" 2 km. Tennis 3 km.
Vehicle advised for traveling.

THE RENTAL COST INCLUDES A HOUSEHOLD WITH COMPLETE CHANGE OF BED LINEN, TOILET TOWELS AND SWIMMING POOL EVERY 7 DAYS, AS WELL AS THE FINAL CLEANING (up to a maximum of 4H00) AT THE END OF STAY.
AN INVENTORY WILL BE TAKEN AT THE END OF THE STAY AND ANY LACK OR BREAK, AS WELL AS THE EXCESS OF ELECTRICITY OR WATER CONSUMPTION WILL BE RETAINED ON YOUR DEPOSIT GUARANTEE.
