Private: wildlife garden and trees, natural garden, beautiful garden to relax, swimming pool angular (9 x 5 m, depth 110 - 210 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.) with internal staircase. Terrace, garden furniture, parking on the premises. Grocery 2.3 km, restaurant 350 m, bar 650 m, bus stop "Toscamar" 2.9 km, sandy beach "El Arenal" 4.3 km, shingle beach "La Granadella" 2.6 km, rocky beach "Cala Blanca" 3.2 km. The owner does not accept any youth groups.

Mauvais rapport qualité prix

Villa conforme aux photos, lits confortables, tv grand écran, wifi ok, clim ok mais douches moyennes, pas d'aspirateur, aucun produit d'entretien disponible pour commencer la semaine comme on avait l'habitude d'avoir chez Interhome, frigo sale et surtout l'état de la piscine (c'est peut être exceptionnel) qui a été trouble pendant 3 jrs sur 6 et carrément jaune le dernier jour ! Une photo a été transmise à Interhome de Javea. J'estime que le prix était trop élevé pour le service général proposé.
