Beautiful villa "Eucaliptus", built in 2001. In the district of Tosalet, 3.8 km from the sea. Private: garden 780 m2 (fenced) with wildlife garden and flowers, swimming pool (4 x 8 m, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.) with internal staircase. Outdoor shower. In the house: air conditioning. Stepped path to the house. Public parking on the road. Shop 3.8 km, supermarket 2 km, bus stop 4 km, sandy beach "Arenal" 3.8 km. The owner does not accept any youth groups. Neighbourhood highly sensitive to noise. Quietness and good behaviour expected.

Belle maison mais manque d’entretien

La maison principale est top, il faudrait juste réinvestir dans l’électroménager de la cuisine. Le F2 attenant sent beaucoup l’humidité et la salle de bain est vraiment vétuste et sale. La piscine et les espaces extérieurs sont vraiment agréables. Nous avons cependant passer de supers vacances entre amis.
