Charming 2-bedroom apartment with WiFi, AC in fantastic Platja de l'Arenal

This modern apartment has been furnished to a very high standard and has air conditioning units throughout. The accommodation is situated on the second floor, is accessed by lift or stairs, and comprises an entrance hallway leading to a bright & airy lounge/dining room with patio doors leading to a private terrace with table & chairs for ál fresco' dining & open views of the surrounding area. Brand new Smart TV, Cable television services and a DVD player are available offering British terrestrial, Sky, BT and internet channels. Free WiFi is available to all guests. The large master bedroom is spacious with built in wardrobes & a full en-suite bathroom. The twin bedroom also has built in wardrobes & there is a further shower room. The kitchen/utility area is fully fitted with oven and hob, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge/freezer and microwave. Private underground parking is available. The apartment has easy access to the large communal pool & landscaped gardens situated in the centre of the complex. Please note that the apartment is no smoking throughout.
The apartment is about 5 minutes walk to the Arenal beach area. PLEASE NOTE DUE TO LOCAL LAWS MAXIMUM NIGHTS IN ONE BOOKING IS 10 NIGHTS

Great place for Playa d’arenal, had everything you need for a short stay

We were visiting family and know the area well, this apartment was well placed for the beach, great facilities with a private parking space and lift up to the apartment. We had a great stay.

Nice apartment, good location.

Lovely apartment and good location, only drawback was the balcony! It was small and overlooked a main road and building site opposite. Due to the weather not being too hot there was a cold wind that whipped through the balcony as its on the corner of the building. Apartment was easy to find and check in, easiest garage I've had to park in.Host was great and very accommodating.

The property was bigger than expected, had everything you need , nice and bright. Pretty good value. Six minutes walk to the beach, couple of wee pizza places and a couple of bars nearby.

El apartamento está muy bien, en zona tranquila y a unos 10 minutos o menos andando de la playa del arenal.Hemos tenido problemas con el termo, y aunque Luz avisaba enseguida al técnico, cada dos días se volvía a estropear y no tenías agua caliente hasta ael arreglo. La comunicación con la propietaria ha sido siempre cercana y rápida.La peor parte se la lleva la limpieza, nos tocó limpiar ciertos sitios del apartamento y sobre todo en la cocina, se lo comuniqué a la propietaria y me dijo que hablaría con la agencia que hacía esa labor para poner una reclamación, así que espero que para los próximos ya estará solucionado.Nos ha gustado mucho toda la zona de Jávea y tienes restaurantes y supermercados cerca.
