Beautiful, comfortable villa "Aurelie" in 2019. In the district of Adsubia, in a quiet, sunny position, 2 km from the sea. Private: beautiful garden 1'000 m2 (fenced) with lawn and trees, swimming pool angular (4 x 10 m, depth 140 - 180 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.) with internal staircase. Outdoor shower, table tennis (swing). In the house: air conditioning. Parking on the premises. Shop 1.5 km, supermarket 1 km, restaurant 1.5 km, bus stop 2 km, sandy beach "El Arenal" 2 km. Sports harbour 3 km, tennis 2 km. The owner does not accept any youth groups. Neighbourhood highly sensitive to noise. Quietness and good behaviour expected.

Disappointing

Nice villa and it was spotless inside nice space and a nice urbanisation. The down side was the condition of the pool it was absolutely filthy and had not been cleaned there was a pile of debris lying at the bottom plus algae floating about it and the water was cloudy. It let the whole place down sorry we don't like leaving bad reviews but it really was a disgrace .

La zona exterior un 9/10 y la interior un 7/10 sin embargo el fallo es la limpieza. En la zona de la cocina restos de suciedad en cada cajón con restos de comida en los utensilios e incluso cucarachas muertas.Puede ser que ocurriese debido a ser el primer alquiler de la temporada.

We had a great stay at the villa everything you could need was there . The garden and pool were great for children and much larger than we realised . Villa was clean and well kept. Only a 5 minute drive to the beach in Xabia . Well located to explore rest of the area.

Schönes Fereinhaus

Schönes Ferienhaus in einer ruhigen hügeligen Siedlung von Javea gelegen. Obwohl das Haus für acht Personen Unterkunft bietet, ist ein Teil der Ausstattung nur auf sechs Personen ausgelegt (Liegestühle, Sitzplätze- stühle am Tisch). Auf Nachfrage bei der Fereinhausverwaltung INTERHOME wurden sofort zusätzliche Liegen zur Verfügung gestellt. Insgesamt ist das Grundstück sowie der Pool sauber angelegt. Der Pool sowie der Garten werden wöchentlich gewartet/gepflegt.

Séjour très agréable à Javea

Nous avons passé 2 semaines très agréables dans cette belle maison, qui est grande, bien équipée et avec une très belle piscine. Le quartier est calme et pas très éloigné de la plage Arenal de Javea et des supermarchés. A noter un problème de wifi dans la maison mais l'équipe Interhome nous a prêté une Box mobile 4G pour pouvoir accéder à internet.
