Inside, the open-plan design is bright and welcoming, with a modern and elegant kitchen and a breakfast bar overlooking the dining room and living room, as well as a smart TV. The main bedroom features a king-size bed, built-in wardrobes, and a bathroom with a shower, while the double and twin rooms share a spacious bathroom with a shower. Important notice(s) - 1/ Please note that in this property, groups of people under 25 years old are not allowed. This rule does not apply to families travelling with children or younger people accompanied by adults who are also staying in the property. 2/ Winter bookings between 1 November and 31 March, lasting more than 31 nights, have a special discount and do NOT include utilities (electricity, water, gas) or weekly bed linen changes. The use of services is paid upon departure.

Arenal dream

Super appartement op een mooie locatie op slechts 250 meter van het populairste stand van Javea. Goed ingericht en ook inventaris meer dan compleet. Verwarming via luchtverwarming, werkte fantastisch. Op slechts een paar honderd meter restaurantjes en winkels om te shoppen. Wij hebben dit appartement 5 weken gehuurd via Javea hollidays, een verhuurmakelaar in Javea. Ook hierover niets dan lof. Prima organisatie. Kan werkelijk niets bedenken. Het enige misschien is een 6 tal eierdopjes, maar dat is dan ook het enige.
