Independent in Javalambre Mountains

"Reception was not very friendly indeed; rare in Spain. First we ordered a room with balcony; they gave us a different one without execuse etc but said “we only have this” (take it or leave it style! In the room we found a very dirty pillow on the bed which was a big shock (as if somebody vomitted on and it was not changed)!"

"Check in was terribly drawn out. The A/C in the room was ineffective and the parking was awkward. Having said that the hotel is in an excellent position (although the photo is not of the hotel itself!) and the town is very nice."
