"The staff are friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, the hotel put me in a smoking room, as they were fully booked. Even though i had requested non-smoking. This was one of the most disgusting stays in years. I could not sleep. The stink was unbearable. Furniture, bedding, pillows, mattress, carpets, curtains, everything on that whole floor had an accumulation of decades of smoke. "We spent 4 very enjoyable nights at Nusa Bay. The snorkeling from the jetty is great. The food in the restaurant is good (and there is a vegetarian menu available but ask for it as it wasn't offered to me until our 3rd day) Staff are all really lovely and very friendly and helpful. We would love to stay here again."
