The houses location was perfect for getting back-and-forth from campus in downtown Lancaster. The house was very clean and had everything we needed for the weekend."

"very small for two persons, living room sofa must be 100 years old. no closets, no ice maker, oven desperately needs cleaning. Clawfoot bath tub/makeshift shower. (recently updated??) no driveway or walkway. Dragged in grass every time! We had to take comforter to laundry for odor issue."

"David was an excellent host who was quick to respond to our questions and made sure our family of Californians (unaccustomed to PA winter weather) had a safe and warm arrival. The house was clean, beautifully furnished, and well stocked with essential amenities. The indoor hot tub was amazing and a highlight of our stay. There was plenty of comfortable couches and seating for everyone to hang out and relax. The house was in a convenient location only about 30 min away from the sights we planned to see, including Kitchen Kettle Village, the Amish Village, and Turkey Hill Experience. I highly recommend David’s property if visiting Lancaster County! "

"Just returned home from staying here over the weekend, and it was fantastic. Let me start by saying that the hosts are wonderful! It was a little chilly in the barn for my husband, and we asked if we could have the heat turned up and it was no problem at all. Melissa immediately turned it up and told us if we needed it up more, to let her know. This is a very clean and well kept property. The kitchen has everything you could need. Plenty of dishware and utensils. Lots of coffee and hot chocolate pods. Spiral staircase that goes right into the upstairs bedrooms. A double and a twin in the 1st bedroom and a queen in the second bedroom. There is also a regular staircase off of the downstairs bedroom which has a queen bed also. There is also a pretty comfy couch in the downstairs bedroom. The bathroom is off the kitchen. Now the bathroom is not huge, but is spacious enough. Has adequate shelving over the toilet. Water pressure in shower was great! The living room is pretty big! Dining room table that could easily fit 8 people. Curved leather couch with a Roku tv. Also a couple of rocking chairs. Lots of toys for little ones too. Our great nephews, ages 8 and 3 had a really good time when they came to visit. Also a good choice of books and movies to choose from. Lots of cool little antiques around too. Nice Christmas tree set up in the living room. Also, lots of blankets!! It was very nice and cozy. 25-30 minute drive to Sight and Sound, Dutch Wonderland, etc..."

"The host was very responsive and was able to approve a pet stay for me the night before as I had an issue with logistics on my pet care for a trip I had to make. The house was very cozy, I wish I would have had time to hang out and enjoy it more.Plenty of room for a family to all hang out in the dining area or in the living room spaces. The beds are extremely comfortable and they provide a bunch of mini bathroom amenities if you need them. The house came complete with a lighted Christmas tree and some winter/Christmas decorations throughout. Loved it, very cute! I would definitely stay here again."
