"Have been coming to the North Fork for years and this is one of our favorite rentals to date! Especially good for small kids- you can walk to calm peconic beaches in minutes, Magic Fountain is down the street, and the kids room has blackout shades. It was so helpful to have good quality beach supplies- wagon, chairs & umbrellas- so that we didn’t have to haul that stuff from home. The yard is fenced in and great for hanging out and grilling. We had a week of crazy weather- extreme heat wave followed by a violent wind/rain storm that shook the neighborhood, but even with that we’d give this vacation an A due to the great house and host, Alexa, who was very easy to reach when needed."
