Sunny vacation home near a lake, with 3 or 5 bedrooms (guest house available for an additional fee)

  • We offer a charming vacation home in the idyllic south of Sweden, in Småland, on a spacious, sunny 2,600 m² lot surrounded by beautiful nature.
    A swimming lake is just an easy 8-minute walk away—perfect for relaxing summer days.
    Within a 15-minute drive, you’ll reach Virserum, a town with 3 grocery stores, a post office, a bank, a doctor’s office, a pizzeria, a bakery, a newsstand, a café, and more.

    There’s 5G internet coverage both in the house and throughout the surrounding area, so you can easily stream great movies on your laptop via your phone’s hotspot :)

    Final cleaning can be arranged for a fee of 50€.
    After your vacation, you’ll be responsible for a small amount to cover your electricity costs.
    You’re welcome to bring your own bed linens, or we can provide bed linens and towels for €15 per person.

    The house has three bedrooms with a total of 5 beds, as well as a bathroom with a shower and toilet, and a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher and a two-burner stove.
    The living room has a flat-screen TV with a satellite dish.
    It’s ideal for small groups or families who want to enjoy peace and nature.

    On the property, there’s a guest house with two bedrooms and four beds,
    (see the other listing numbered 5778762) ), which can be rented along with the main house if needed. Both houses can be rented separately or together—with complete flexibility depending on your needs.

    Prices per week (plus electricity costs):

    * Small house: 350 €
    * Large house: 650 €
    Total: 950 €


    The large house features a dishwasher, a large fridge-freezer, a 2-burner electric stove, a microwave, a blender, an iron, etc.
    Otherwise, it’s furnished in a typical Swedish style
    You’ll be renting from a private owner, and everything can be discussed casually over the phone :)

This house is a true Swedish summer house. We throughly enjoyed our stay. We traveled with another family so we had 8 people total. We rented both the house and the guest cottage. Both houses have their own kitchens and bathrooms that are fully equipped with everything you could need and more. Both houses have showers. In the main house their is even a toddler/infant bed. The houses were both very spacious and both offer outdoor dinning areas. The outside has plenty of room to roam with beautiful flowers and manicured green grass. The lake is just a short walk down the road, where you can use a row boat or fish from either the shore or the docks. The house was conveniently locked to the grocery store and gas station. It is also just a 20min drive from Malilla which is where we were racing at. If you are looking for a quiet yet close to town location this is the perfect fit for you.
