"We weren’t disappointed by this property at all. We stayed for 3 nights while attending a wedding . I will say that this place while soundproofed, is not quiet, you can hear people in other rooms. The beds could be a bit more comfortable too. Other than that, our room was clean, the staff were friendly and spoke English. The location is beautiful, we loved Jonzac and would return. "

Je regrette cependant la mauvaise communication avec la réceptionniste qui a fini par refuser le jeu organisé pour Pùques à mes petits-enfants sous prétexte que je n'avais pas validé par mail mais je n'ai jamais reçu de mail et je n'avais pas connaissance d'un mail qui devait m'arriver!!!... Grosse déception de mes petits-enfants, surtout que d'autres enfants ont pu participer alors qu'ils étaient arrivés aprÚs eux! Je signale également la vaisselle, on a préféré...
