"The staff and employees truly made our experience exceptional. The company should recognize just how important its people are to the success of the business. Any time we had any major concerns (and we had a couple), it was addressed immediately, and the staff consistently went above and beyond to ensure we had a wonderful stay. What stood out most was how committed they were to providing an outstanding guest experience. This included the housekeeping team, manager, bell staff, restaurant and bar personnel, pool staff, spa and massage team, as well as Mitchell, Adam, Marcus, Massiel, Roy, Tony, and other teams member. Everyone we interacted with was professional, attentive, and genuinely focused on delivering excellent service.Because of the people who work here, we will absolutely return. They made a lasting impression and were the reason our stay was so enjoyable."

"The overall property is very beautiful, located in a forest setting. The open air restaurant with its observation deck is a great place for birdwatching since there are feeders at the edge of the deck and the staff puts out fruit and seeds early when the birds are active. The staff is wonderful, very helpful and friendly! And the location is very near the river tours and Carara National Park. The only negative thing we can offer is that the standard room is very basic, and shows some signs of needing renovation. We had no hanging closet and no furniture with drawers, so were living out of our suitcases. Still, we loved everything else and would return, but maybe try to get an upgraded room. My overall summary: a 5 star experience, with a 3 star room. Pura Vida!"

"We had the best time ever in this gorgeous home. The views are amazing. We had coffee with toucans and macaws, evening visitors like coatimundis, and so many other birds. Stargazing was fun sitting by the pool at night. We loved jumping in the pool after a day of adventures, and even swimming in a pop up rain storm. We were able to easily travel down to Play Herradura and Jaco beach for activities and restaurants. Having the grill on the deck was great for when we just wanted to relax and have some burgers. Edgar was a wonderful concierge. Extremely attentive and communicative. Adam and Maurice were so easy to chat with and figure out all the booking requirements.I give this a 10/10 and already recommending to friends and family who saw our amazing pictures and want to go. "

"The property was beautiful and extremely large. Perfect for our large family. It was secluded yet close to most adventures and shopping. Although we lost power and had a water issue, management was very quick to fix the problem. Super cool place to stay....Wish the house was forsale!"

"Frank and Samay opened their beautiful home to us, and it truly felt like the ultimate therapy after a challenging year. The breathtaking views set the tone the moment we arrived, and every detail of the home was designed for relaxation and connection. The pool and hot tub were incredible, the game room kept everyone entertained, and having Chef Jose prepare meals for us in the home was such a special touch. The in-house massages made it feel like a private retreat. Most importantly, it was a place where my family was able to slow down, reconnect, and make unforgettable memories. We are deeply grateful for the experience and would return in a heartbeat."
