For more privacy, a third independent bedroom is located in the 20 m² annex, with its own separate bathroom — perfect for friends, teenagers or guests who want their own private space.
In the garden, the days are spent around the barbecue, in the outdoor lounge or in the jacuzzi, for real moments of relaxation after the beach or a bike ride to the city centre, which can be reached in just fifteen minutes.
