"Hotel staffs are awesome !! They are always ready to assist. Though the walk from Main Street to hotel is a bit confusing but overall it was a good experience !!"
"The best hotel in varanasi .....for business & there staff are so well mannered and dining was so good and..... location is very beautiful staff...very helpful."
"The property is in the very narrowed lane of "Bangali Tola", which is a very dirty & congested area & you have to reach there walking long, asking here & there for the exact building but after reaching, your all anxiety will be relieved with the smiling appearance of 'Dilip', the boy who is always at your service to make your stay happy. This is actually a very ordinary staying destination for mediocre people, who plans to stay in Varanasi at low cost. The owner of the Guest House is Mr. Pradip...
"Conveniently located guest house overlooking Chauki Ghat. The staff were friendly and helpful, and a good breakfast was provided. The management were very keen to organise a transfer from the train station, although we suspect we may have paid over the odds for it."

"I can't say enough about our recent stay at Brijrama Palace in Banaras. We were there for Shree Kashi Viswanath Darsan, and from the moment we arrived, we were completely captivated by the palace's stunning location right on the banks of the sacred Ganga. It truly feels like a place that embodies the spirit of Banaras, and our time there was amazing.
The food was a major highlight. Chef Akhilesh is a genius in the kitchen—every dish was fantastic, but the Gulab Jamun was a true standout. It tasted exactly the way it's supposed to, with a genuine hint of rose. Our server, Bikas, was incredibly kind and took such good care of us in the restaurant. The best part, though, was when Chef Akhilesh came out personally to see how we liked the food and even offered to make us something we’d like for our next meal. That kind of personal attention is just incredible.
What really set this hotel apart was the genuine warmth of the staff. Traveling with our five-month-old baby, we were a little stressed about logistics. But the housekeeping team went above and beyond, kindly helping with sterilizing our baby’s milk bottles. Plus, they were so helpful in arranging a wheelchair for darshan for one of our parents who had accessibility issues. Their thoughtfulness took a huge weight off our shoulders and let us just relax and enjoy our trip.
The whole vibe of the palace is peaceful and welcoming. The staff's dedication to making guests feel at home is what makes this place so special. I wholehe"

"The only good thing about this hotel is its location. It’s perfectly situated close to all the major landmarks in the city, making sightseeing very convenient. However, the biggest issue is transportation. No vehicles are allowed in the area, so you have to walk at least 700–800 meters with your luggage.
This was especially difficult in the extreme heat (44°C) and with a child. It was a very uncomfortable and exhausting experience.
The room itself was extremely small—comparable to a matchbox. While the hotel does have an in-house restaurant, the food was just okay, nothing special.
Overall, I would not recommend this hotel if you are looking for comfort or ease of access. It might suit solo travelers who are okay with walking and don’t mind compact rooms, but for families or anyone with mobility concerns, this place is not ideal."
"Abhijeet, the manager was unfailingly courteous and friendly and provided superb service. The area around the hotel is blocked off to taxis and is on a pedestrian lane and he was gracious enough to send a porter to meet my Rick Shaw to guide me to the hotel.
Subsequently, he sent a porter with my luggage to the pick up point for my Uber to the airport. Outstanding service well done!
The hotel doesn’t look like much on the outside, but the rooms are very attractive with plenty of hot water and an excellent breakfast is provided free of charge. Furthermore, the hotel is five minutes walk from the ghats and one minute walk from the main street."
"The location of the hotel on the ghats is excellent - though be aware that the atmosphere can be smoky at times as the cremation grounds are not far away. I got absolutely what I paid for. Staff were helpful at all times and food in the restaurant is both good and reasonably priced. Why four rather than five stars? No hot water for half of my stay - and decor is a tad tired and almost gloomy. This was evidently the fashion at some point - as my (considerably worse) Delhi hotel was similar. I was a solo older female traveller and never felt unsafe or unduly pressurised. "
"The location is great.
I visited during Mahakumbh period, lot people around the Vishwanath temple, causing road closures and crowd. Otherwise it could have been a great experience "
