"TV didn't work in my room. Offerered to give me a credit and didn't. Food was ok. Setting along the Rock River was beautiful, but location seems to be in an iffy part of town (next to an abandoned mall and event center that's closed). Breakfast was plentiful and good even though hotel was sold out."

"Staff was very nice and accommodating. Breakfast had a good variety. I had to ask for a coffee maker for the room which they did provide, but I thought it was standard. Be careful on stairs as carpet is hard to distinguish between stairs and landing area!"

"It was very quaint. The lady gave us an excellent recommendation for dinner. One of our rooms, the curtains wouldn’t close. We told her, but no one came to fix it. There weren’t any phones in the room to call the office. It was an older place but clean."
