Disliked: Check-in, communication, listing accuracy
I’m not sure what happened, but after I booked the property - I didn’t receive any feedback from the host except for I was supposed to get information the day before. But it didn’t happen. I texted the host and let him know that I was gonna be down there a bit early. I wasn’t expecting to get into the house, but he did say that I could show up. I showed up at the property thinking that I would receive some information, but it didn’t happen. I could not reach the host.VRBO could not reach them either. So I had to cancel and find new arrangements. Which was a major pain because there was nothing available in that area close to the river. (We were there to fish and launch off the ramp.). I wasted an entire day of my vacation running around instead of being on the water. One email the day before with everything that I needed to get into the house and how to contact the host would have avoided this entire mess.
