"Friendly staff, older property but still in good shape"

"One of my favorite budget places to stay when I am in the area. Centrally located on the Jamestown Main street, negligible drive to Chicken Ranch, very easy to make the quick jaunt to Sonora or over to Black Oak. Facilities are starting to show their age and the satellite TV has been spotty the last few visits; but the staff has always been wonderful and accommodating each time I've stayed and I've never had any issues with room cleanliness or sanitiziation."

"The property is depicted accurately. We had major issues with getting inside and when contacting the host, she was unresponsive. I texted her as well as called her multiple times going straight to voicemail. It was hours before we got inside on a 90 degree day. The set of keys given were correct however every time they were used they got stuck in the door. We have yet to hear from the host since trying to contact her on our check in day "
