"Checked in and was given a room that was very much used. Went back for a new room, the new rooms door wouldn’t lock from the inside. Come to find out the room lock was broken and only locked with the key; if you locked the room from the outside and people are inside, it also didnt unlock without the key. Called and got yet another room. That room had the sink running and tissues looked like they had been stuffed back in the box. Because we had to switch our rooms so often, we missed out on a VIP...
