"The laminated floor was the best thing of the hotel. First when I went to check in no one was at the desk waited about 10 minutes for someone to come still didnt come so went back to my car for a while. The furniture was so worn and outdated. The doors were filthy."

"At check in, the front desk person thought it would by okay to carry on a conversation with another person while checking me in. That doubled the time to complete the check in. Off to an annoying start. Presently this location is undergoing renovation. So that impacts the "look" and useability of the lobby and the Bistro area. And there were confusing/contradicting signs on when the Bistro opened and closed. The room itself was too dark - just a lot of very low-watt lightbulbs. The toilet had a problem and the first attempt to fix it failed. Had to call the front desk again. The second attempt, later in the evening, got the job done, thankfully, but flooded the bathroom in the process. The maintenance guy on the second visit had to rework the anti-syphon tubing. He was most gracious, knew what had to be done, and stuck to it. So kudos to him."

"A very nice property. There is no elevator. So if you need first floor accommodations, ask before booking. The room was very clean and staff very nice."

"The double queen room is a little small but the room was clean. No clock in room. Staff is very helpful and breakfast was okay but very pricey. The on-site restaurant only had appetizers and salads the night we were there so we had to go elsewhere. Perfect place to stay for Lucy-Desi museum."

"Great location for our trip from North Carolina to visit Niagara Falls. If you love hearing interstate traffic all night, this is the place for you. Also annoying were the other guests letting their doors slam shut (not the hotel's fault), the people above us walking heavily on their heels (also not the hotel's fault), the man snoring loudly in the adjacent room and listening to the TV from another room due to poor soundproofing in this hotel. Took a long time to check in due to waiting on the couple ahead of us having problems of some kind checking in and only one worker at the desk who seemed to be doing his best to resolve the problem. I was really needing a good night's sleep after driving 10 1/2 hours to get there, but 1-2 hours left me exhausted for our next day (today) at Niagara Falls. Due to that, we were only able to spend 3 1/2 hours and had to leave to find rest the next night (tonight) at the Holiday Inn Express on Grand Island. We must head west tomorrow to be at a graduation in Hillsdale, MI, so thanks for unintentionally limiting our one and only chance to spend the entire day at Niagara Falls."
