We were welcomed with smiles and checked out with smiles. The staff and property are wonderful. We look forward to staying there again in the future. Jalissa at front desk is a sweetheart. Donovan from the Steakhouse was attentive and gave fantastic service.

The property itself is great. Its extremely clean! The rooms are nice and beds are comfortable. The pillows are awesome! The front desk staff was incredible. I booked 2 double beds, booked for two people. We ended up having one of my sons friends stay with us, there for a basketball tournament. When I checked in, they only had rooms left with King beds. I explained that the number of guest had changed and i didnt think to call and add a person since I had the two beds. They immediately had a cot put in the room for me. Which was a very comfortable twin bed. I wish i remembered the names of those who checked me in and out. Both extremely pleasant. Would highly recommend!

We always stay at this hotel when we come to New Jersey. The staff are always welcoming and friendly. The rooms are clean and I love that they have extra towels there in the drawer. Food at the hotel is great and reasonable priced. Love the free cookies at the front desk. Definitely recommend!

The hotel was very nicely redone and elegant. Everything seemed clean in the public spaces and the room. We loved the pool, as one of the nicer hotel pools we've used. The only real issue we had was unruly kids running through the halls late in the night yelling and banging on doors without their parents. Sherman, in hotel maintenance, did a great job handling the situation, which we really appreciated.

The heating system.
It was hard to understand how to regulate the heat. When I lowered to 72, the "cool" word appeared, which I thought was a/c. It really wasn't, but it took me until 11pm to figure out. Maybe a little card explaining the heat/ac system would be helpful

Hotel Great, Restaurant Terrible
Lee, who checked us in, was great, though the hotel needs a better exit. The restaurant terrible. We were told to call at 8:45 PM to arrange for our dinner to be prepared and ready for us at 9 PM. We called repeatedly several ways, to include through the hotel front desk, and they would not answer the phone.

It was alright. Property was clean and staffs were very friendly. The entrance/exit was a little confusing at first night so wish there's clear guide. Cleaning detergent scent in hallway was a little too strong.

Stayed at this hotel because we had family who were less than 5 miles away. Coming from the residential area, which it seems like most come from, you are forced to either do a turn around at the neighboring hotel or enter the back street which can be missed easily if you are not familiar. With my luck, our first two nights their water pipes bursted from a storm a few days prior which meant we had no clean water and was a big inconvenience. No idea how others did it but thankfully we had other showering options. Nothing DoubleTree could have done but was a big inconvenience. Loved that they gave you free warm cookies on arrival at the front desk though!! (Hilton hotel thing). Since I-95 was right there, it was easy access to the highway. I didn’t think it was too noisy once in the room. Overall, my stay was nice and staff made it really nice as well.

When we first walked in we were greeted by the front desk staff with a smile. The night staff was amazing as well. Everyone was so helpful with everything. My parents were also staying at this hotel and when I checked in I asked to stay on the floor as them and they accommodated us.

Friendly and clean
We were in town for the under armour tournament with my son’s team for our team. My first impression was how modern the hotel was. I was greeted by a very friendly front desk staff who gave us 2 bottle water that was just saying to my hubby, we need to go back out to get water…..that small gesture was a big deal for us. It saved us a trip to the store. We didn’t have to ask for house keeping service, it was just done. Overall, thank you for a great stay.
