The toilet made a high pitch noise about every 15 to 20 minutes which woke us up in the middle of the night. There was no hot water for late morning shower (10 am)."

"Needed a hotel for the night and it was the cheapest, nice looking hotel I could find. It ended up being the nicest hotel I’ve ever been to. The staff was great, the breakfast was phenomenal, and everything was super clean. Only complaint was that the downstairs tile floors seemed super sticky, but if that’s my only complaint, I see it as a huge win. Good water pressure, comfortable bed/pillows, and great hospitality. I’ll definitely stay here again!"

"Always great to stay at The Graduate. Love the location in the middle of Short North! Pretty disappointed in our room’s view of the HVAC system this time. Literally no other view than ductwork. The front staff was nice and valet’s work hard! Don’t count on the attached Homage bar for food. They have a breakfast but not very organized and not part of the hotel. The room was clean and pretty quiet. They are heavy doors so I am always pleasantly surprised we don’t hear more slamming."

"Safe and convenient area. A bit loud and can easily overhear neighbour so I imagine they can hear everything too haha. Very dusty and a lot of human and cat hair, could use a vacuum. Stained thin sheets. The kitchenette is practically nonexistent. Street parking available but a bit cramped so make sure you’re confident in parallel parking."
