"This is an amazing hotel. The rooms are large, luxurious, and very comfortable. It's also very quiet once you leave the main floor. Located on the inner harbour, we found everything we needed in walking distance."

"Lovely stay for 2 nights in Victoria. My mom uses a walker, and it was an easy walk to the inner harbour. The room was large with comfortable beds. No walk in shower, but there were grab bars and a nonskid mat for those with mobility challenges. Older decor, but clean. Very goos breakfast with protein options. Wr would definitely come back."

The appetizers served in the evening were not your typical hotel snacks. The food was similar quality to what you would find on a cruise. The staff went over and above to meet our needs and assist us. We were very pleased with our decision to stay at the Empress Hotel!"
