Although the Hotel was right along the train station the soundproofing in the rooms was amazing. Free use of laundry machines was available in the basement. The car park was awkward because there was a video taken of your car entering the car park. But when it came to leave the car park, you had to go to a kiosk to pay using your license plate number. Then proceed to the exit where the camera would recognize your vehicle. Making sure you paid at the kiosk. The hotel was in a great location. It was out of...
"Major shower problem on day 1. Reported it straightaway: they kept saying it was solved but it wasn't. Only on the last night (stayed 4 nights!) did they say it was probably a building problem. Offered to let us have a shower in another room. Complaint and request for a discount resulted in a measly 20 Euros discount per night. V poor service an response: shame as it is a nice hotel."
