Excellent Villa!

This villa is so beautiful, the staff is very sympatic, and the beach just front of the garden is beautiful! Thank you Martina and Lucie for your smile , and you careful during our visit! EX-CE-LLENT!! Hakuna matata!

Heaven!

The property was beautiful, quiet and super comfortable with ample space for all 11 of us! A bit challenging to find in the dark, as we drove from StoneTown in our rental car, but otherwise the trip went smoothly! The locals are kind, neighborhood felt safe and walkable, and the beach was everything!!

villa très bien placée dans un très bel environnement en bordure de mer

Nous avons passé 10 jours de vacances en famille avec nos enfants et petits enfants . Le personnel est très discret et efficace .James , notre cuisinier nous a préparé de bons petits plats sans oublier les petits déjeuners très copieux . Loti et Farida sont très attentionnées .Excellent séjour

Excellent stay

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Kipepeo Lodge. Everything is as described, the staff are great, pool is nice and the garden provides a lot of share. Location on the beach is amazing, and many restaurants within walking distance.

A private home with all you need in a quiet location

The house was just as advertised and more. This is a quiet area and you can have your privacy without being harassed. The house had all we needed and we enjoyed relaxing on the beach, in the pool, and in the yard. They rake care of you with essentially an in home restaurant and massages as requested. It was perfect for our group.

Traumhafte Lage am Indischen Ozean

Wir waren zu siebt hier: ein Familientreffen mit unseren minderjährigen Kindern und unserem erwachsenen Sohn mit Frau und Baby. Das Haus war groß genug für uns alle und es gab genügend Schlafzimmer und Badezimmer. Die Ausstattung ist sehr schlicht und damit landestypisch. Das wird durch den sehr netten Service voll ausgeglichen und durch die wirklich traumhafte Lage des Grundstücks. Es verfügt über direkten Zugang zum Strand (bei Ebbe) bzw. Zum Meer ( bei Flut). Die Betten verfügen über Moskitonetze. Es gibt Ventilatoren an der Decke, aber keine Klimaanlage. Wir haben diese auch nicht wirklich vermisst. Der Pool ist sehr schön und wird gut gepflegt. Ich würde jedem die Buchung von Vollpension (fullboard) empfehlen. Die Küche ist in sehr schlichtem Zustand und befindet sich in einem extra Gebäude. Wir wurden wunderbar mit Essen und Trinken versorgt und auf unsere Wünsche wurde gut eingegangen. Selbst kochen stelle ich mir eher schwierig vor. Man kann natürlich auch in verschiedene Restaurants gehen, aber das ist immer mit gewissem Aufwand verbunden und man hat dann nicht so viel von der schönen Terasse und der Schaukel mit Blick aufs Meer. Wir hatten auch ein Auto mit Fahrer, da Touristen große Autos nicht mehr selbst fahren dürfen, was an landestypischen Gepflogenheiten liegen dürfte bzw. Auch an dem Wunsch, Arbeit zu schaffen. Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit unserem Fahrer und würden ihn jederzeit weiter empfehlen. Er war ausgesprochen zuverlässig. Es war für uns alle ein unvergesslicher Urlaub. Es gibt auf Sansibar viel zu entdecken, so waren wir auf Cheetah's Rock, eine Tour, die ich jedem Tierliebhaber nur wärmstens empfehlen kann. Wir waren auch bei den Riesenschildkröten und sind mit Delphinen geschwommen, ohne die Tiere dabei zu erschrecken. Auch eine Gewürztour haben wir unternommen und Sansibar Stadt angesehen.

Great kite lodge! Recommended

Abbiamo soggiornato nella villa Kipepeo dal 1 gennaio al 10 gennaio 2018. La villa, costruita nello stile africano, si presenta in ottime condizioni ed è adatta per una bellissima vacanza di gruppo di fronte al mare. Ottimo spot per kiters Vorremmo ringraziare Alí e tutto lo staff della villa per aver reso il nostro soggiorno confortevole e rilassante e per aver organizzato anche le escursioni. Ogni mattina ci aspettava una buonissima colazione. Consigliamo di cenare in villa ordinando in anticipo dal ricco menu proposto dallo Chef

""Le paradis sur terre"!: Tout D'abord, les communications avec le propriétaire: rapide et efficace. Hormis la mise à disposition des vélos (qui sont en location) et le le lecteur CD, tout est conforme à la description donnée. Le lodge est situé en bord de mer: vue spendide, la nuit l'on entend que les vagues et le vent. Un Staff omniprésent (Kim, Black Zungu,Fatima Hassan...)est à votre écoute.Ils vous préparent les petits déheuners et aussi les repas (simple) si vous le voulez (menu), rangent, nettoyent, passent de la bombe anti-moustique le soir dans les chambres... Nous n'avons pas vu de moustique au KIPEPEO. Le soir quelqu'un vous accompagne pour votre commodité. Nous avons pu échanger énormément avec cette équipe jeune et très sympathique. KIM vous organise vos déplacements et excursions en fonction de vos souhaits. Un vrai pro. Nous leurs avons fait confiance et ne le regrettons pas,les chambres restaient ouvertes (prévoyez un petit cadenas pour le coffre). Il y a toujours un membre du Staff pour garder le Lodge H24. Pleins de petits restaurants sur la plage mais pas de magasins de souvenirs car nous étions hors saison. Vous pourrez visiter le village de pêcheur de JAMBIANI à pied et revenir sur la plage Nous avons passé entre amis des vacances fabuleuses et extrémement dépaysantes. En résumé: Merci à Vincenzo et à toute l'équipe à JAMBIANI pour ces vancances mémorables."
