"Sage Hotel Wollongong is one of the best hotels we’ve stayed at, largely because of the five-star customer service. The staff were fantastic—welcoming, friendly and always happy to help. The hotel itself is lovely. Our room was spacious and clean, with amazing views, and the beach is right next door. It’s also an easy walk to plenty of cafés and restaurants. The buffet breakfast offered was great. Good variety and range of options. Yummy breakfast! I’d definitely recommend Sage Hotel Wollongong. The customer service is second to none!"

"We had a really lovely stay and thoroughly enjoyed our time here. The room was clean, comfortable and well maintained and the location was fantastic. "Here’s a balanced, honest review that gets the point across without being overly harsh: The hotel was fine for a one-night stay. The room appeared surface clean and the beds were clean and comfortable, and the staff were friendly and welcoming. However, there were quite a few cobwebs around the room, and there was a noticeable musty smell, which was off-putting. A more thorough clean and some attention to the freshness of the room would make a big difference. Overall, it was adequate for a night, but the cleanliness and musty smell would make me hesitant to stay for a longer visit."
