I liked the hotel very much and the hotel staff was very helpful, the hotel rooms and washrooms were also very good. The location of the hotel was right on the spot And arranged a taxi for me to go from the hotel to the airport. my stay was very good

This has always been one of our favourite hotels in the world. It’s ornate and gorgeous with incredible service. But…on this occasion we found the bed very firm. The staff bent over backwards to rectify the situation. The Qube restaurant is fabulous. Such a beautiful setting with delicious food and service. We did half board and had delicious dinners here as well. One other glitch this time, we needed an extra night and were quoted an outrageous price. At the last moment, as we were checking out, the management offered us the room at the same rate as the previous nights but by then we had booked rooms at the Oberoi. There’s a lot of competition between the Leela and the Oberoi and on this occasion the Oberoi won.
