This is an ultra-convenient and nicely priced hotel in terminal 2E at Sukarno Hatta. Staff are professional, friendly, and helpful. Rooms are spotlessly clean and well laid out. An additional standout is the included breakfast, which has many options -- Indonesian, Western, and Chinese. All in all a very good airport hotel.

The check-in facilities weren't friendly, especially when you travel with large luggage, requiring a lot of manual lifting and dragging. Because of the hotel layout, certain rooms require long walking to reach. Facilities in the room are extremely legacy, some even unusable. The power outlet and USB ports are not working in my room. The water system is quite old too, as showering/toilet/sink cannot be used at the same time because the water pressure is too low. Free towels are limited to 2 per room.

Easy access from terminal 3 because hotel staff waited to transport with a clearly marked sign. There is a good restaurant on site. Very attentive and helpful staff. It is a very fine simple airport hotel.

Very convenient for Airport stipover. Very helpful friendly staff. Great room service food. Great porters as stairs a bit hard with luggage. Porters took bags to flight check in. 😀😀😀

Staff very friendly and helpful. It was difficult to communicate with them before the stay about details like late arrivals etc however. Would be nice to get hotel confirmation number and not Expedia confirmation number. Not the same and was confusing for everyone

Very nice staff, easy to arrange transport. It would be good for people to know the times of the sky train operation 6 am - 9 pm, so they know to arrange a shuttle for the hotel when the sky train is closed.

Solid, economical airport hotel
This airport hotel is at CGK T2 (which you need to ride a sky train to get to from T3). It is a bargain, but it is an older property. It is clean, but not exactly modern.

We had the hotel shuttle service to and from the international terminal and it was super easy and quick. The driver was friendly and the attendants at the hotel were there to take us to our rooms. Very friendly and so efficient.

A s every long distance traveler knows, ease of transport to a facility after a long flight is essential. This hotel will send a shuttle to and from your terminals for pickup and delivery, not well indicated on there website. This is important in Jakarta due to shutdown of the SkyTrain at unknown hours by airport staff. An airport taxi parked in a shuttle stop at 1AM and driven by a thief charged us $50 US for a 2 KM ride!!!!!!!!!! The rooms were delightfully large for an airport hotel. Be sure to be specific regarding number of beds per room. Excellent staff! CB

Shower had amazing amount of water. But there was loose sheetmetal outside the window (rooms 4 and 5) that banged away in the wind. Room service cannot be applied to your room, took a LONG time to bring change back. Hotel has NO amenities. QR code from menu in room didn't work - took an hour to actually get a physical menu, and had to request it multiple times - even ordered a drink to try to get one but the drink showed up without a menu. Have to manually carry your own luggage up and down 8 steps to reach the escalators to the lobby - they should have a bellhop there who refuses tips to do that. Also no sign to let you know the escalators after that are actually working - they just don't start until you are almost on them. Carpet in hallway to rooms is old and loose - several places it's easy to trip on - need restretching for safety.

We loved convenience of being in the airport near the shops. The service was great they delivered breakfast to my room at 3:15 am even though the breakfast buffet didn't open until 6am. They also provided transportation to my terminal at 4am. Both of these were no extra charge. The staff was really friendly and helpful.
