Very disappointed. I have stayed in this hotel numerous times before and usually fine. This time the stay was so bad that I will not return to this hotel. Check-in experience was poor. It seems like the food in the restaurant has gone downhill. Restaurant staff is nice, but the food quality and options are not what they used to be. After being in the hotel for a week I came back to my room after working all day and water was on the floor. I threw some towels down to clean it up and water was still dripping from the ceiling. It was 1:00 am in the middle of the night and I wanted to sleep but could not from water dripping like some kind of cruel torture. I called the front desk staff and they slowly sent people to room. They came and looked around and cleaned up the wet floor and left. I called the hotel concierge/front desk staff again and said the ceiling is still dripping water! They came again and opened the ceiling tile and a bunch of water poured down from the ceiling flooding the floor. The loud vacuum cleaner, disruptive, middle-of-the-night mess/disaster was not how I wanted to spend my last night in Jakarta before traveling 30 hours to get home. The hotel staff was slow to clean up their mess. The hotel management was not helpful is making their "valued customer" feel better about his bad stay in their hotel. This happened to me as I stayed on the Club floor, 10th floor, and I would expect better things from these rooms. I would not recommend this hotel to any guest.
