As usual...Good!
Convenient and cozy location in the heart of downtown area. Just nearby the shopping mall and I always have no concern about food and drink.

Studio Suite is very spacious!
Staff remember your name thus you feel very welcomed. Spa is mediocre. Nice but nothing amazing. Club lounge was under renovation so had to use lobby lounge as an interim. Food and beverage selection was better than expected.

Staycatiion in Jakarta!
This hotel is my favorite! Although I just live in another area of Jakarta, I book in for a weekend getaway whenever possible. The hotel and staff are lovely and do all possible to ensure you have a pleasant stay. The hotel and rooms are beautifully decorated and maintained and the grounds create the feeling of being tucked away somewhere far away from such a big city! Already planning my next visit.

Stunning architecture inside & out.
My only complaint is the inability to control a favored temperature inside my hotel room, due to a lack of a warmer ambience with the A/C air flow. Oh, and direct access to outside air ventilation would be a real delight via some type of open window with perhaps a HEPA filter.

Getting to the hotel was an exceptional nightmare due to the hotel location and roads leading to it. Hotel is acceptable...nothing to shout about.

Very disappointed. I have stayed in this hotel numerous times before and usually fine. This time the stay was so bad that I will not return to this hotel. Check-in experience was poor. It seems like the food in the restaurant has gone downhill. Restaurant staff is nice, but the food quality and options are not what they used to be. After being in the hotel for a week I came back to my room after working all day and water was on the floor. I threw some towels down to clean it up and water was still dripping from the ceiling. It was 1:00 am in the middle of the night and I wanted to sleep but could not from water dripping like some kind of cruel torture. I called the front desk staff and they slowly sent people to room. They came and looked around and cleaned up the wet floor and left. I called the hotel concierge/front desk staff again and said the ceiling is still dripping water! They came again and opened the ceiling tile and a bunch of water poured down from the ceiling flooding the floor. The loud vacuum cleaner, disruptive, middle-of-the-night mess/disaster was not how I wanted to spend my last night in Jakarta before traveling 30 hours to get home. The hotel staff was slow to clean up their mess. The hotel management was not helpful is making their "valued customer" feel better about his bad stay in their hotel. This happened to me as I stayed on the Club floor, 10th floor, and I would expect better things from these rooms. I would not recommend this hotel to any guest.

Nice hotel, weak water pressure
Overall the hotel was nice and the staff were friendly and helpful. I like the 14th floor club lounge and facilities which makes things very convenient especially when you are on a business trip. Only disappointment was with the shower which had weak water pressure and they could not seem to fix it despite informing the staff.

Hotel was nice & slightly less expensive than hotels near Indnonesia Plaza and still convenient to to other areas I wanted to see.

Happy stay in Jakarta
Comfortable 3-days stay in Jakarta. Relaxing bed, tasty breakfast(especially fresh fruit juice squeezed just right there), convenient location, etc. I saw a lot of weddings on weekends as well. Felt like a happy atmosphere in there.

Good service and courteous hotel staff. Breakfast, happy hour and dinner choices are good if you don't have the time to go out and explore. Neighborhood is sketchy and not conveniently located.

Refused access to club lounge
If you are travelling with children don't pay extra for a club room. The hotel will deny you access to the club lounge and throw you one floor down by the staircase with no ac or proper services. Rooms all suffer from lack of AC. Once you check in ask them to come fix the ac. Even then you need to drop the temp to the absolute minimum and hope for the best

Nice hotel close to dirty beach
Had good drinks by the pool, with pretty good Indonesian bar food. Staff and concierge very helpful. Area around hotel needs help; we were told the beach trash floats and blows in from Java. Too bad as it would have been beautiful otherwise. Still the hotel grounds were nice and the room very comfortable.

High quality business hotel
I thought this hotel was of a high standard and very comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful, and both the restaurants in which I took meals were good. The lobby floor presents a navigational challenge as it contains many nooks and crannies. I didn't venture too far into the surrounding area, but it didn't look that inviting.

Great service and fantastic facilities
I really enjoyed my 5 day stay here for business. The staff are very well trained and very efficient. The pool and gym facilities are some of the best I have seen in a hotel. The only downside is the rooms are a little dated which is a shame considering the restaurant, bar and pool are all very modern and new.

Disappointment
Third time staying at the hotel, second encounter on bad experienced, broken aircon and also hotel staff kept knocking on my room for room service it kinda get really irritating when im sleeping.

Great Hotel
I was there on business and stayed on the business-exec floor. The hotel staff and facilities were exceptional and could compete with some of the very best hotels in the west.

Dont jump for the Club Room Upgrade
This is a great hotel and I would stay there again. The staff were fantastic and the room and hotels amenities were excellent. It was generally good value for money paid for the time of year. I would Not opt for the club room upgrade again which offers breakfast in the "club dining room" on the 14th floor. The issue is the breakfast offered is Very Limited and hardly in the class of this hotel. The breakfast in the main restaurant on the 2nd floor is excellent. I was told that there is a plan to increase the size of the club dining room but there was no mention of increasing the variety of dishes available. I have stayed at the Shangri La and Le Meridian hotels in Jakarta and the Intercontinental is a Much Better hotel in my opinion.

nice quiet hotel
i had a great stay because the hotel is well maintained and staff ever helpful and friendly, especially those in the rasa restaurant where i had breakfast, lunch and dinner. concierge was helpful too when i requested assistance to book flight seats. i love the quiet ambience even though it is located not far from main road. the spa people were excellent too. however, it would have been better if it was well stocked with new n latest nail polish colour. i would consider staying at this hotel again. i have stayed here for the third time.
