Unpleasant experience
I was checked in at 10pm and the receiption told me that my requested type of room was not available. It needed more than 20 mins and they got me an old and smelly room with broken AC (not cold even we set at 10 degree C) I stayed several times in this hotel, and this one is the worst

Friendly staff. Hotel was clean and rooms were impressive. All good. Only thing was it’s location Is not convenient.

Not fit for a 4 star hotel
The bath towel are very old. The color is brownish, instead of the original white color. The cleaning service did not clean the room and the bathroom throughly. The bathroom was smelly.

Hotel gave me an unrequested upgrade, which was really cool. Hotels staff are amongst the best I have come a cross , I have decided to use Santika brand hotels in The future and strongly recommend them to anybody

Good hotel with friendly staff. Area not so good, no shops or restaurants unless take a 30 min Taxi.

Close to central Jakarta but not too close
Close to the centre but in the suburbs where you can experience authentic Jakarta. Theres a tonne of different ways to get around, Taxi, GRAB, buses etc. The hotel itself was nice and the breakfast is always fresh.

Pleasant stay at the Santika premier
Stayed at the Santika Premier for six days during a business trip. The hotel is resist from a busy busy street so you are obscured from the traffic. There are no shopping mall nearby. The hotel’s appearance is quite impressive the foyer is grand and the check in was fast. The room is adequate. Breakfast buffet is enjoyable. Wifi coverage is good but the speed and throughput has to be improved. At times, it was so slow that I had to resort to using their day there on my cell phone. I will stay at this hotel again.

The buffet should be opened until 11 am, not 10 am. Rotten fruit, Salak, should not be displayed on the buffet. Check the fruits before displaying them. Staff were helpful: Mayang at Front Desk, Rusmini, Vivi, and Fauziah at Harmony restaurant.
