"It’s a lovely palace but the bathroom toilet was not working properly. The first night we woke up to a pool of cold water. The hot water was minimal. You had to rush showering before the water went on the colder side. The bathroom was not well kept. We had requested a heater as the room was very cold. The area the hotel is in is dreadful. "

"We felt like family - the staff was courteous, helpful and we lacked nothing. The spa treatments were professional and were just what we needed after a long day of traveling. The food was delicious- we even had a cooking class and ate the food that was cooked in front of us. I cannot wait to replicate the recipes here at home. "

"I hate to give 2 stars to such a good property with good rooms , excellent heritage vibes and with all facilities but staff and service was terrible. As we entered our luggage was unloaded and brought to our room for more than an hr. Room phones werent working so had to go to desk to get internet started. Anything you request from staff and front desk would take forever to be entertained even breakfast service the waiter forgot our orders and vallet service is non existent. I wish this facility...
