you and hotel has a big communication gap...in deal their is breakfast but hotel staff denied this..kindly refund the amount

Customer Experience down the drain!!
The room as shown in the picture was good; however the maintenance was poor, the TV does not have proper remote; the hot water geyser had to be called in to reception to switch on; the blankets were not washed and the comforter put in cupboard not clean; the bed was not laid when the guest walked in. The room service food was bad; overall the client experience was not satisfactory. Would not recommend to others.

Good location. Nice comfortable stay in one corner of city.
Good for long distance traveller as it is on Highway and away from congestion of city.
