"Typically as expected inline with similar 3* hotels in Sylhet Town. Room with double bed was fine clean and reasonable but no natural light as windows blocked by wall/adjacent building. Bathroom needs an upgrade as poor quality. Be sure to insist on room with town view. Dining facilities fine and staff helpful over generous buffet breakfast (included) Roof terrace/pool disappointing and urgently needs an upgrade to look smart and attractive. "They took 2 hours for check in. I have paid the booking money from online..But they said me that they didn't receive my money. So, they asked me to pay also in cash otherwise I have to leave the hotel within 30 minutes. Finally Expedia solved this issue. But I didn’t like their tone. Also they didn’t provide breakfast, towels, soaps, shampoo, toothpaste. :( "

"The general manager is a cheater. He will take cash instead of taking cards because he want to charge extra. Places and the furnitures are very old and swimming pool was so dirty. So Expensive but no fun at all! Do not waste your money please !"

"I booked this property for 5 nights after seeing it in a YouTube video, which turned out to be a mistake. There was no dedicated manager onsite, and the bedsheets and pillows were used and not cleaned. I couldn’t sleep at night because of mosquito bites. For showering, I was only given hand soap. Breakfast was terrible. I waited outside in the morning hoping to speak to someone and eat, but no staff appeared until 9:40 am. I was served two parathas, egg cutlets, and chalkumra curry — with no tea or coffee either in the room or at breakfast. I honestly have no idea how this property got listed on Expedia. After speaking to the “virtual manager,” I left after just one night, but I was still charged for two nights. I’ve spoken to Expedia customer support three times since midnight, but there’s still been no resolution. Overall, this was a very disappointing experience."

"Great location, plenty to do within walking distance such as shopping, dinning, ATM machines. Also its very easy to find CNG / Rickshaw right outside the hotel. The staff are welcoming, the rooftop pool was nice (not heated), The sauna is good but takes about an hour to fully heat up. The gym was ok for cardio but the heaviest dumbbells are 10kg - however, there is a local gym down the road 4 min walk. I think bathroom tiles could have been better cleaned, Overall it was a positive experience and I would come again if I ever needed a convenient stay. "
