CONDOMINIUM RULES AND REGULATIONS
-Only individuals listed on the reservation may stay and use the common areas. Guests are not permitted.
-Minors may only enter the condominiums when accompanied by their parents or relatives authorised by them.
-Upon entry, they must present a valid form of identification to the manager.
-The guest who made the reservation is responsible for any damage caused by anyone included in the reservation during their stay.
-Report any damage immediately.
-Any loss or damage inside the condominium during your stay is the responsibility of the guest who made the reservation.
-Smoking or vaping is prohibited inside the building. If the fire alarm is triggered for this reason, you must pay a fine of $ $100 to the condominium
-Pets are NOT allowed under any circumstances inside the condominiums or common areas.
-Turn off the air conditioning, lights, and fans when leaving.
-Use water and electricity responsibly.
-Dispose of trash in the trash tins.
-Please close the gate when leaving.
-Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.; please keep noise to a minimum.
-We are not responsible for any damage caused to your vehicle on the property.
-Do not hang laundry on balconies, in hallways, or on the floor.
-If you use the pool, please dry off before leaving and avoid getting the hallways or lift wet to prevent accidents.
-Children staying at the property are your sole responsibility; any accident or incident within the building that harms them or other guests is the responsibility of the guest who made the reservation, releasing the host and staff from any civil liability.
-Minors may use the lift only when accompanied by a responsible adult who is staying at the property.
-When using the lift, everyone is required, without exception, to CLOSE THE INTERNAL DOOR before entering or exiting the lift.
-If you urinate, defecate, or vomit in common areas or inside any condominium unit, outside of the areas designated for that purpose (bathroom and sink), you will be required to pay the fine amount established in these regulations plus the costs incurred for special cleaning services resulting from such incidents.
-Respect the pool rules.
*Any violation of these rules may result in the termination of your reservation, in addition to fines of $100 dollars per incident. Avoid fines and a negative record on Airbnb; by making this reservation, you accept these terms in their entirety and cannot reject them.

POOL RULES
-Shower before entering the pool.
-Do not enter the pool with sand, sun cream, or tanning lotion on your body.
-No drinks or glass containers in the pool.
-Do not run, push, or dive into the pool.
-Do not bring food into the pool area.
-Wear a swimming costume.
-No one is allowed to be naked in this area, in common areas, or on balconies facing the outside.
-Keep music at a moderate volume.
-Do not use the pool while under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or illegal substances.
-Smoking and vaping are prohibited.
-No objects that could damage the pool.
-People with open wounds or contagious diseases are not permitted in the pool.
-You are responsible for your personal belongings.
-Please be respectful of others.
-We reserve the right to deny admission to this area if you are under the influence of alcohol or other substances that impair your consciousness to a significant degree. Or if your behaviour is offensive to other guests or the condominium staff.
*Any violation may result in the termination of your reservation without a refund, in addition to a fine of $ $100 for each infraction.
*By making a reservation, you agree to and commit to complying with the condominium’s internal rules and the pool regulations, as well as any charges applied to your card for non-compliance.
